This comfortable, spacious 85 m2 apartment locted on the fourth floor, without an elevator (80 steps)consists of a living room, study, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and a small balcony. The apartment has airconditioning only in the entrance and has ceiling fans in the remaining rooms.

The apartment is located in a small building built in the 17th century, on the 4th floor(without an elevator). Entering you are greeted by a small entrance with a wonderful view, a living room and a corridor that leads to the sleeping area, kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms are 2, one double and one single with a small balcony. Renovated in 2022. The apartment has air conditioning only in the entrance of the house and the bedrooms and lounge have ceiling fans.
The living area is furnished with a couch, television area, table with 4 chairs and a sideboard . An arch divides the living area and studio which has a desk with a chair. The living room has a ceiling fan.
The bedrooms are 2, the one bedroom has a double bed( 160cm x 190cm) which can be seperated into 2 single beds on request, a large wardobe, chest of drawers with a television and 2 bedside tables. The second bedroom has 2 single beds which can be made into a double bed on request, a wardrobe and a small balcony. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan.
The kitchen is small but well equipped, it has a refridgerator, stove, oven, electric kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery for six people.
The bathroom has sanitary fittings and a shower cabin. The washing machine is located in the bathroom.
