La struttura è particolare e adatta a coppie di amici con un figlio o famiglia molto numerosa ci troviamo a 30km da Roma e 30km da Viterbo, pochi km dal lago di Bracciano immersi in una campagna bellissima fatta di cascate e ruscelli, avete a disposizione tutta la tenuta e potete usufruire di una spa privata e di tanti spazi esterni. La tenuta è composta da un primo appartamento in legno con camera da letto bagno turco salotto con divano letto e idromassaggio su vallata a 360 gradi, e un appartamento pietra con sauna idromassaggio esterno grandissima cucina lavanderia bagno di servizio e camera da letto e zona con divano letto separata, la cucina è unita internamente all'appartamento pietra ed esternamente dall'appartamento legno. Nella zona della suite pietra c'è un tavolo per colazioni pranzi e cena per 8 persone, mentre all'interno delle stanze zona pranzo più piccola. 2 ettari di prati piscina boschi e zona fattoria con ovile. Nella tenuta saranno presenti nella zona ovile due guardiani e manutentori. Siete nella valle del Treja zona a pochi km di Roma con sentieri, cascate, borghi medievali e lago di Bracciano, zona di pellegrinaggi , un paradiso che vi permette di poter fare numerose gite ed escursioni. Nella tenuta ci sono 2 cani meravigliosi abituati a stare con le persone e bambini. Se volete anche un uovo fresco potete andare a prenderlo nella parte della fattoria.
