Summary: Silvana was excellent with communication at all steps of the process. She and her husband met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the apartment as well as suggestions for places to eat and transportation. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with many nice amenities. We felt very safe and really enjoyed the location. Close to the trams to get into the city. Highly recommend! Grazie for a lovely stay!
