The Villa is ground floor with private garden, only 1 bedroom + Bathroom is located on the first floor.
The residence is beautifully refined and welcoming and has a wonderful swimming pool area. Although part of our residence, the apartment is in our villa and is set aside from the other apartments we have, offering a haven of privacy and tranquillity. We are perfectly located, with the town centre and its bars, restaurants, pizzerias and shops only a 1 min walk away. 5 mins walk are the shores of Lake Garda where you will find lakeside restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours and of course boat hire and scooter hire. The apartment is spacious and luxuriously furnished and has balconies overlooking the lake and a small private garden.
