Positive: Location was excellent and room size was good. Gym facilities were excellent.

Negative: The AC was not working properly in our room, switching to 17 degrees cold on full blast on its own in various times of the day, resulting in our room rarely being warm. The hotel team did not try hard enough to fix the issue as I was being polite about it. I am sure if I was being rude and calling reception every 5 minutes it would have been fixed instantly. Sometimes it's good to reward politeness too, not just rudeness. As a gesture of goodwill they paid €55 for the airport taxi but considering our room was more than €4k I don't think that was enough. The room service was inconsistent, I ordered a ceasar salad three days in a row and each day it was different and the quality kept deteriorating.

Summary: Excellent location, but AC issue spoilt my experience and won't be staying there again
