Summary: No Mountain View. The staff was not understanding. The listing said there is a pool included. And yes, there is a pool, but definitely not included. Get ready to pay extra for that. Pay extra for everything . So yes, they have all the things on premises. But, nothing is included except your room. The room was beautiful. Very hard to understand how things work . It’s our first time in Europe.
