Positive: Was very central,only a 3/4 minute walk to the Trevi fountain. Our family room was very big,huge big bed and the mattress & pillows we loved.our daughter had a comfy single bed.shower was a lovely big size. Also the coffee machine in the communal area was a lovely touch and the water machine gave out lovely ice cold water. The gentleman working there was chatty,friendly and very helpful. Check in was smooth etc.
