The house has an enchanting position directly on the cliffs of the Marine Area. What makes it unique is the private access in a small rock cove bathed by a crystal clear sea to be used at any time of the day. On a platform among the rocks, equipped with an umbrella and deckchairs and for the exclusive use of the guests of the house, you can comfortably take the sun. Access to the water is very easy thanks to the presence of an iron ladder. The house has large verandas overlooking the sea. The whole villa, the garden and the descent to the sea will be exclusively available to guests. From the kitchen, which is an annex, you have access to a large veranda furnished on the sea where you can relax and have lunch.

The Plemmirio is a Protected Marine Area so the crystal clear water and its deep waters are ideal for diving, snorkeling and long swims but any form of fishing is prohibited!
