Peace and tranquility, relaxation and the scent of brooms, our little suns: immerse yourself in this country home overlooking the magical Villamagna valley, just 10 minutes from the center of Gubbio. In a completely renovated 19th century stone building, you can relax and feel at home, rediscovering the beauty that is within you. It will be beautiful!
It is an apartment of over 80 square meters on two levels: on the ground floor there is an open space area with a relaxation area equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, a wood-burning fireplace and a kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with complete dishes and appliances: induction hob, electric oven and refrigerator. The upper floor consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, two single beds plus an en-suite bathroom and a second bathroom on the corridor side.
The apartment has been completely renovated: triple-glazed windows, insulated roof, new fireproof mattresses with memory foam, completely redone bathroom. Heating and cooling, when needed, were achieved with fan coils and heat pumps powered by a photovoltaic system in order to guarantee energy self-sufficiency while reducing the environmental impact.
Guests have access to the swimming pool with deckchairs and sun loungers, fitness and yoga room, laundry room, wood-burning oven, pergola with tables and barbecue for outdoor lunches, outdoor children's games, ping pong, table football and woods for walks.
The price includes a kit of complete ingredients for breakfast in the apartment: upon request, a homemade breakfast service is available in the communal room of the farmhouse.
