Comfortable one bedroom apartment, 50 sqm, on the ground floor of a three-storey building. It can host up to 4 guests, as it comes with a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Consisting of a living room (with double sofa bed) with kitchenette, hallway, bathroom with shower and large bedroom. The property includes by two large terraces and a garden overlooked by the entire house, for exclusive use of our guests. Reserved parking space in garage available on request. The apartment is modernly refurbished, with safety locks for small children. The bus stop (n.98 and n.786) below the house connects you directly with both the city centre (San Pietro in about 25 minutes) and the metro line A (Cornelia/Baldo degli Ubaldi stop). TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine availability and book sharing (take one-leave one).
The flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood with all services (breakfast bar, pharmacy, supermarkets and shopping centre are all within 500 metres walking distance from the house); very well connected by public transport to San Pietro, Trastevere and the metro line A. (The line stop is in front of the house).

The flat is internally spread over 50 sqm (apart from the two balconies and the private garden). The entrance door opens onto an open space that includes a complete kitchen equipped with everything necessary and more to make our guests' stay all-round comfortable: dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, "brikka" (similar to a traditional moka) coffee machine with coffee powder, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, crockery and cutlery are among the amenities you will find in the cheerful and colourful kitchen, obviously equipped with dining table and chairs.
Adjoining the kitchen is the living room with a double sofa bed (French size), television and bookcase. We invite all our guests to leave a book at home and take another one (take one-leave one). The French window in the living room opens onto one of the two wide balconies, a wonderful plus to offer in the city. Here you will find a dining table seating 6 and the wonderful garden for private use with two comfortable sunbeds for sunbathing and relaxing after long walks through the streets and squares of the Eternal City.
Back inside the house, the full, windowed bathroom has a large separate shower, washbasin, bidet and Wc. The double bedroom, with comfortable mattress and large wardrobe, completes the overview of the house.
The flat is equipped with a heating system (with the building timetable) and air conditioning (this one is totally autonomous) with fan coils (one in the bedroom and one in the living room), the operation of which will be instructed after booking. Our guests will be able to use an excellent Wi-Fi connection and a privileged outdoor area. The building is equipped with a lift and there is the possibility of using the indoor and covered parking under the property to park your car comfortably and safely.
Check-in is autonomous (self check-In): instructions will be provided post-booking and will include the use of a locker outside the apartment, which you will be able to collect the keys from. In this locker you will find 2 set of keys: please, remember to leave one of them inside the locker at all times. Do not take it away with you or leave it inside the apartment: it is thought to be the spare set of keys in case you lock yourself out and we are not physically present to assist you.
