The area, quiet and with unspoiled nature, is that of the villas on the plain of Monte Monaco, only 1 km from the main beach of the village (15 minutes on foot - car or bike still necessary).
The unit in announcement consists of living / dining room, built-in kitchenette, 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms, toilet-shower, covered terrace (15 m2) equipped for outdoor dining and an exclusive garden (70 m2) with built-in BBQ, point shower, deckchair and umbrella.
