Positive: The property was lovely. The room was lovely and clean and the view was beautiful. Staff were very helpful. On checking out we were offered a complimentary shuttle to the train station. I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here.

Negative: The property is a good bit away from sorrento town but there is a public bus stop 50m from hotel that travels very regularly into sorrento and the hotel can provide a shuttle bus in the evening
