Nei dintorni sorge lo splendido scenario naturale dei giardini di Porta Venezia, dove è possibile fare jogging, lunghe passeggiate nel verde o portare i bambini a giocare all'aria aperta data la presenza di diverse aree gioco. L'appartamento è inoltre molto vicino alla Stazione Centrale dalla quale si può raggiungere in treno qualunque destinazione in Italia o all'estero, e si può raggiungere inoltre gli aeroporti milanesi di Linate, Malpensa e Bergamo Orio al Serio.
