The garden is communal property and can only be used by the residents of the hall of residence. The flat: is located approx. 150 metres from the lake. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. Access is via a field or forest track (asphalted, length 200 m). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a carport and on the property.
