Negative: It is winter time , but Room was very warm so could not sleep at night, AC not working , so had to open window…. Reception personnel speak MINIMAL english so you can NOT understand each other. I was expecting a package, so i asked 3 persons at reception , “ is there any package or message for my room No ….” They all get confused and start asking me about … the weather! So I simply left and went to my room, called my supplier who said that my package was at reception already. He then instructed reception to send it to my room. 10 min later, my room phone rings…, automated message in Chinese…so can not understand anything…I hang up and go to leave room, to find delivery robot outside my room. AGAIN , the robot speak Chinese and its screen is again in Chinese so .., I call my contact who understands and explain to me what to do to instruct robot to open up and finally get my package…. The hotel is NOT for foreigners, it is only for Chinese speaking persons…

Summary: Location only , be prepared to wait long periods when you check in and hope that you do not need anything from reception
