- CHECK IN PROCEDURE > all the guests will be required to present a valid identity document upon the arrival to be registered to the Italian security authorities, as required by the current legislation regarding short stays (also minors); each guest is required to sign a short term rental contract (possibly before the arrival in electronic format);
- according to the Italian law in Rome the tourist city tax is € 6,00 per person per night, applied for the first 10 nights (not applied to children up to 10 years); you can pay the city tax amount in cash at the check in;
- baby cot available on request (linen not provided);
- each stay is supplied with a set of linen and towels based on the number of guests and a basic supply of soap and toilet paper for each bathroom;
- it is not possible to wash the linen provided on the arrival at home; extra linen and towels are provided for stays longer than 7 nights, without extra charge. For shorter stays linen and towels change can be provided on request with at least 48 hours advance notice and the service cost will depend on the type and the quantity requested;
- please respect the other neighbors (do not make noise between 10pm and 8am).
