“CENCIO TERRENO” is a seventeenth-century building adjacent to the Villa, once a convent. located on the ground floor; it consists of a large living room with a fireplace, large dining table and living area with sofa and TV, independent equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and one single. One bathroom has a shower (suitable for special needs) and two bathrooms have bathtubs. The apartment has an outdoor area equipped with table, chairs and barbecue, Wi-fi and heating. We have enhanced the original structure by maintaining the terracotta floors, exposed beams and vaults in some rooms. The apartments overlook both the adjacent countryside and an external courtyard.
