Summary: An excellent, super friendly host, very responsive to any concerns and took his time to show and explain everything to us, including some excellent dining options. Room was clean and area was safe. Very walkable area, about a 15 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the Duomo. They even had umbrellas available for us when it rained the one day! Highly recommended.
