As you step through the entrance, you will be greeted by the portal designed by the renowned Florentine architect Antonio Sangallo. Sangallo, who also contributed to Saint Peter's project alongside Bramante, infuses the space with a warm connection to both history and contemporary architecture. The meticulous attention to detail throughout the house is priceless.
Every element of the residence mixes elegance and functionality, a rare combo. The thoughtful design prioritizes space, natural light, and comfort. Even the lower level of the palace has been seamlessly integrated. Transparent staircases and creative openings set a magical world of light and reflection between the two residence levels for an ambiance that is nothing short of extraordinary.

But the best feature is an exit to it's private terrace. From the master bedroom, you step into an intimate courtyard adorned with climbing plants. The highlight of this serene space is a Roman fountain, recovered during restoration excavations. An en suite bathroom completes the master suite.
The second bedroom exudes coziness, featuring a beautiful Toile de Jouy headboard in delicate shades of grey. Another en suite bathroom ensures offers large walk-in shower.

If you would like to include the third, or fourth bedroom (each with their own bathroom) at a supplement of €150 per night, per bedroom, please let us know. When adding to your reservation a 5th person and onwards, this supplement should automatically kick in. The third and fourth bedroom are are not equivalent to the primary ones, generally allocated to children, and / or staff, please make sure to see our pictures of them.
Domus! is in a perfect location at the historic centre of Rome. It is a nearby stroll to both the Piazza Navona and the wonderful Campo di Fiori, Rome's famed fruit and vegetable market in the day (and open-air cocktail party by night). You will also find it an easy walk to Castello St. Angelo and St. Peter's, the Pantheon, the Spanish Steps, Trastevere, the Colosseum and more. If you are ambitious and want to study Italian while here, there is also a famous Italian language school, the Scuola Leonardo di Vinci in the nearby Piazza del Orologio.
You can walk almost everywhere, but several taxi stations are a stroll away..
