The third block, in the basement, consists of double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The outdoor part has a dining area under the covered patio and in the garden deckchairs in an area overlooking the sea. This accommodation offers a great freedom to all guests because of the independent areas, great dinners “al fresco” in privacy and relax on the patio. Vecchio Marino is unique under this point of view. The ideal position of the complex makes life easy: you can walk to Palau centre or to the close beaches Punta Nera and Isolotto or to the lovely pine forest nearby. Parking space area is reserved next to the apartment.
