In a protected natural park, it is a dream-like comfortable villa built of fine materials such as the local stone, marble, the "cementine" and the precious ceramics. The property is framed by nature, with Mediterranean scrub which is typical of Salento and pine forest.

The tree-lined driveway leads to the pool with solarium area with beach beds, swing seat, stone benches and a dainty old well and beautiful vases on small columns in Mediterranean style, that embellish the pool area. The garden is so much more: there are various outdoor equipped areas such as a beautiful panoramic terrace with white wooden covering, furnished with table and chairs so it`s ideal at lunch or dinner. The terrace is also furnished with sofas where the guests can relax while watching the sea, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

The glass walls make the rooms of the upper floor bright. The living room with panoramic view has a dining area, sitting room with flat screen television. The super-equipped kitchen is white and blue, with view on the sea and it has the electric oven, dishwasher, but also microwave oven, electric juicer, toaster, ice machine and electric kettle. The sleeping area on this floor consists of 3 bedrooms: a double bedroom with baldachined bed, 2 twin bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and one with tub.
