Please also note that, as we are not a hotel, Italian law PROHIBITS us from providing guests with any type of food, even basic items such as oil, salt and pepper; and as we operate professionally, we are committed to complying with Italian law.

Security deposit for any damage
To protect the property and its furnishings, and to ensure that all guests enjoy accommodation that is always in perfect condition, a security deposit of €300 is required to cover any damage, missing items or improper use of the property.
The deposit is not an additional cost: it will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, following the necessary checks on the condition of the accommodation.
If no damage or issues are found, the full amount will be refunded. If damage is found, the sum will be retained in whole or in part, in proportion to the costs of repair or replacement.
